Joseph, a lab-certified CCIE, has knowledge that far exceeds what’s required to teach a CCNP class. During our entire CCNP class, he went above and beyond to answer every one of the hundreds of questions that I threw at him. His lectures, combined with his hands-on labs, took the entire class beyond required knowledge for the CCNP to knowledge essential to those who aspired to one day take the CCIE lab.
